Call for participation in Lab Surfing workshops
We hereby request applications from Young Researchers (at most 6 years after their PhD) for the participation in six regional networking, training and brainstorming Lab Surfing workshops of the new FP7/FET EYE (Empowering Young Explorers) project. These workshops will offer young researchers a unique opportunity to learn about the most advanced future and emerging technology (FET) research, brainstorm about future research areas, jointly elaborate new high risk scientific ideas, partner with peers, and also develop scientific administration and leadership skills. Travel and accommodation costs of selected participating young researchers will be covered by the EYE project (for up to 30 participants per workshop). Young researchers from the following countries are invited to participate in one of local Lab Surfing workshops organised in six regions across Europe:
