The University of Bucharest has signed over 300 cooperation agreements with universities in 52 countries worldwide, showcasing its high degree of internationalization. Its Confucius Institute, co-established with China University of Political Science and Law, is a core platform for Chinese language teaching and cultural promotion in Romania. In 2025, the Confucius Institute will establish the “China Education Group Bookshelf” and unveil its fifth Confucius Classroom, further promoting cultural exchange between China and Romania. Furthermore, the university collaborates with technology companies such as Huawei, focusing on the application of mathematical theory in communications and traffic management, achieving significant results in industry-academia-research collaboration.
